Love the entire staff! Hands down to the doctor. Both the staff and doctor put my mind at ease when recently experiencing a health matter with both cats. Always willing to answer questions (and I had many).

Everyone is always so wonderfully kind!

My dog can be a little difficult at times but the staff is very patient and willing to take the time to work with him.

I travel over an hour to get there and it’s so well worth it!

Always a great experience! Called in the morning with an issue with my dog and was seen a few hours later. The staff is always so kind and caring which helps with a nervous dog! Best Vets around!

Dr. Malament is amazing!! This was the first Star Meadow annual health check-up for my fur baby, Madra. Dr. Malament and the entire staff make the experience less "clinical", and more like a friendly visit with friends. Dr. Malament took the time to really listen to me and offer different solutions to address conditions such as Madra's allergies and car sickness. I was also pleasantly relieved that this vet doesn't push costly products or treatments on you! Madra also had a little issue that needed to be treated and the follow-up phone calls to check on her shows their love and concern for their patients.

The only thing I would change about Star Meadow....move it a little closer to my house!!!

I had a two day appt. with Calynn to dye my hair from black to blonde and she did AMAZING work. I tried asking many other salons about doing the same process and most didn't really want to do it. She was actually excited about doing it. She really knows what she's doing when it comes to coloring. I will now see Calynn anytime I need dye work done. She worked so hard and the results were absolutely amazing!!!! I am so happy with the results, I literally made my YEAR!!! I highly recommend her, she is worth it. And for the all the work she did the pricing was really great for the work she did. Any where else would have probably taken 2 weeks and double the money. And she made sure to keep the integrity my hair so the processing didn't kill my hair. I got the EXACT color I asked for and my hair still feels amazing. Also Michelle helped her with my hair and she was amazing to me as well and all the other workers were so excited to see how my hair came out. Thank you Calynn, Michelle and all the people at gallery salon. Literally the BEST service I ever had alone with Paul who has been cutting my hair for 10 years!!

The receptionist at the farmington office provided me with incorrect estimates of the cost of my surgery through my insurance. When I questioned the amount she was not at all helpful and just said this is the amount. She then pretty much just stared at me until I signed the paperwork she gave me. I had my insurance paperwork with me and she did not even bother to look at it or offer a reason for why the amount she was making me sign for was so much higher. I said all along I was going to base the decision on laughing gas vs. iv sedation on the cost and therefore it was disappointing to have staff not even know the correct insurance cost to give me. Later on I had Lila call me to let me know the correct estimate because she realized that the receptionist gave me all the incorrect information. If the receptionist cannot handle insurance quotes she should at least direct patients to Lila at insurance so we can make decisions based on accurate information.
