Everyone is very caring and knowledgeable. We switched to Star Meadow after one of our dogs had an emergency which they treated. They explained everything thoroughly and calmly, giving me complete confidence in the treatment plan.
The staff is always friendly. Thet treat their patients as if they were their own. The doctors are all so knowledgeable and friendly. They are realistic when it comes to procedures abd treatments. I love this vet
I had a two day appt. with Calynn to dye my hair from black to blonde and she did AMAZING work. I tried asking many other salons about doing the same process and most didn't really want to do it. She was actually excited about doing it. She really knows what she's doing when it comes to coloring. I will now see Calynn anytime I need dye work done. She worked so hard and the results were absolutely amazing!!!! I am so happy with the results, I literally made my YEAR!!! I highly recommend her, she is worth it. And for the all the work she did the pricing was really great for the work she did. Any where else would have probably taken 2 weeks and double the money. And she made sure to keep the integrity my hair so the processing didn't kill my hair. I got the EXACT color I asked for and my hair still feels amazing. Also Michelle helped her with my hair and she was amazing to me as well and all the other workers were so excited to see how my hair came out. Thank you Calynn, Michelle and all the people at gallery salon. Literally the BEST service I ever had alone with Paul who has been cutting my hair for 10 years!!
The receptionist at the farmington office provided me with incorrect estimates of the cost of my surgery through my insurance. When I questioned the amount she was not at all helpful and just said this is the amount. She then pretty much just stared at me until I signed the paperwork she gave me. I had my insurance paperwork with me and she did not even bother to look at it or offer a reason for why the amount she was making me sign for was so much higher. I said all along I was going to base the decision on laughing gas vs. iv sedation on the cost and therefore it was disappointing to have staff not even know the correct insurance cost to give me. Later on I had Lila call me to let me know the correct estimate because she realized that the receptionist gave me all the incorrect information. If the receptionist cannot handle insurance quotes she should at least direct patients to Lila at insurance so we can make decisions based on accurate information.
