About
We are a full service Pilates and fitness studio operating in Moraga, CA since January 1st, 2005. We offer Pilates Mat classes, Pilates Personal Training, Cycle classes, TRX Personal Training and classes, Zumba classes, Open Studio memberships and massage. Our trainers have received their certification and/or training through Balanced Body University. For kids we have the following classes: beginning to intermediate ballet, karate and self-defense.
We are equipped with top-of-the-line Pilates equipment (Reformers, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrel). We also have PreCor Elliptical and Wave machines, spin bikes, treadmill, and recumbent bike.
