On my last visit, in 2009, I was promised that my fuel pump would be replaced before closing, and that I would be called when the work was complete. I received no call, and had to spend the weekend without a car. Also, no apology for not calling, and nearly $1000 for a fuel pump that lasted less that 3 years. Upon further reflection, I realized that the quality of their service had deteriorated since I first began going there several years before. I have since found another repair shop that is much better and cheaper: when the fuel pump SGSC sold me went bad, they replaced it for over $300 less, and that pump is still going strong after over 4 years.
