This was one of the worst companies that I have worked with. every time that I brought my car to them, another issue arose when I took it home. They told me that these issues were "coincidences", even thought the issue happened while the car was in their care each time. It was inconvenient to have to bring my car back and forth, especially as a college student. They were willing to work with me time-wise, but that was all. There are far better places to give your money too.
GREAT PLACE . MY DAUGHTER GOES TO SCHOOL AT GRAND VALLEY STATE IN ALLENDALE. HER VEHICLE RIGHT FRONT SUSPENSION BROKE WHILE SHE WAS DRIVING. WE ARE 150 MILES FROM HER IN ILLINOIS . WAS ABLE TO CONTACT TOW COMPNY AND THEY RECOMMENDED STATION 45. HAD HER CAR TOWED THERE ON SUNDAY . I CALLED THEM FROM ILLINOIS ON MONDAY MORNING AND SPOKE WITH MEGAN AND EXPLAINED TO HER MY SITUATION WITH MY DAUGHTERS CAR UP THERE AND I AM AT HOME IN ILLINOIS. SHE WAS GREAT EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I WAS IN THE REPAIR BUSINESS MYSELF AND WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD DRIVE UP THERE AND TOW CAR BACK HOME OR HAVE REPAIRED THERE. SHE SAID LET THEM PUT AN ESTIMATE TOGETHER AND THEY WILL CALL ME BACK. SHE CALLED ME BACK WITH ESTIMATE AND WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM . THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT ME UPDATED THRU THE REPAIR PRCESS . CAR WAS FINISHED A DAY EARLIER THEN ESTIMATED AND PRICE WAS LOWER THEN WAS ESTIMATED ALSO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STATION 45 TO ANYONE . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US .
They put a new engine in my car, which was obviously very expensive. Only issue I had was that the engine took 3 days longer to put in than they originally said. Although I know sometimes it's not within control, I would have preferred that they told me it would take longer originally so I could have planned for it. However, when I had an issue with my car after the new engine wad put in, the fixed it with no charge!
My Audi drastically need a wheel bearing replaced. I dropped it off ivernight and Station 45 had it repaired the next morning. The service was great and the pricing was well under two other estimates from local repair shops. I recommend this repair facility.
After diagnosing the problem with my truck, they ordered a replacement part that did not fit. They had to get the correct part from a dealership which 1) took longer to get and 2) cost more that the first one. Because the part took so long to get to the shop, they could not finish my truck before they closed. They called me to tell me this and I informed them that this was not going to work for me because both my wife and I had to work in the morning. They told me there was nothing that they could do for me so I had to call in to work informing them that I would be late. Because they were unwilling to work with me, I had to lose half my shift. I would have expected them to work longer hours to help get it done in time after they ordered the wrong part. I do some part ordering for my job and before I order any parts, I VERIFY that I am ordering the CORRECT part. If they were under the truck to determine what part was bad, how could they not see that the one they ordered would not work? I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.
