Have you every been in an unfamiliar area and had car trouble? It is an understandable stressful situation that can drive your anxiety through the roof.
I had run over rebar in the North Ridge 10 Theatre parking lot - I would avoid that place as they were unresponsive and had a could-care-less attitude about the unsafe situation that existed in their parking lot.
Anyway, I can not safe enough good things about the team on the Service Desk; Ken and Bonnie.
They dispatched a excellent Mobile Service Tech who quickly and efficiently got our "spiked" tire removed and the spare installed. He even had a portable tank with a pressurized air bladder to ensure the spare had the right pressure. He guided us back to he shop there in Hilton Head - literally around the corner.
Ken and Bonnie took over once we arrived and quickly located a replacement tire. We have a unique size and they were able to secure a replacement and arranged for it to arrive first thing in the morning.
By late morning we were back on track for our vacation heading to see son #1 up in Charleston!
