All we can say to that is. If you went out to directly deal with a technician then thatâ??s on you. Thatâ??s why they work on the cars and the office deals with the interaction. We are trained to deal with customers and we know how to communicate with the technicians.

Yes we called and informed the person who brought the vehicle in that the bearings are not fast and simple. When he originally called he said just bearings. We did not give a price at that time. We started with a test drive and confirmed. We priced the parts and labor and found it was 3 hours a side to remove the knuckles and press out the hub/bearings and seals. At this time we called and spoke to Andrew and said this is expensive so would you prefer we confirm it is a bearing or more than one? He authorized us to diagnose and confirm. Our minimum is 1/2 hour. We At that time assigned it to a tech, who then test drove, Had to jack the vehicle up to hoist it so we could rack it. We confirmed that wheel bearings are both bad. The play is so severe the hubs would also need to be replaced. Then an alignment since knuckles will be removed. We called and were given authorization. We ordered and received parts. We had removed the wheels for confirmation. I am sorry you feel we did nothing, but we did do the inspection. Sorry you feel that way and best of luck in your future endeavors.
