Really?? Your products are more important than your clients?? If not, that is certainly the message you are sending with the recent "renovation" - basically taking out the comfortable lounge and replacing with an oversupply of product. There is no where to sit to wait now (unless you count those benches) and there was plenty of retail space before. OWNERS: you want to be "customer-focused"? Listen to your loyal customers, and do something about this right away before you have a revolt on your hands. If I didn't like my stylist so much (I've been going to her for 3 years), this week would have been my last appointment. This rating is no reflection on her or the reception staff - this rating is for the management and decision makers. Shame on you!!
Thank you for your feedback; it is very important to us. The recent
renovation and addition of more beauty products has definitely changed
our waiting area. However, this change was not done with indifference
to our customers, quite the contrary. In response to customer
feedback, we have introduced lines that were previously available at
our downtown location. This has necessitated that we adjust our
lounge/waiting area. It is our goal to make waiting a minimal part of
your experience and we of course want you to be as comfortable as
possible. We are still in the process of updating and renovating and
will take this feedback into consideration. In the meantime, please do
not hesitate to talk with the staff about making accommodations for
you the next time you are in the salon.
We are celebrating our 25th anniversary this year and as you so
perfectly put it: "customer-focused" service is always our priority!
