Too many changes in staff Little follow up. Not sure about the results. Sorry we didn't check out more stem cell clinics. No insurance coverage.

I was very pleased with the initial interview and when I said I would like to go ahead with doing the stem cell treatment for my hip you got me in the same day saving me another 4 hour traveling time trip from my home to the Pain MC clinic. I am even happy to report that I am feeling less pain in my hip. Thank you for providing the stem cell treatment.

Kathryn,

Thank you for the kind words about our team. We are excited to hear your hip is starting to get better. Stem Cells are an amazing treatment option for joint pain and reviews like this help to spread the word to others who are suffering. Thank you so very much!

I have had several appointments and each one has been very pleasant. The staf has always been pleasant and cheerful. They have always been there to help and they check with each patient several times as they do the treatment that is needed. They have a great location and parking is very accessible. I have never had a bad appointment

Staff and Doctors didn't pressure me to purchase their therapy while waiting for my MRI results. . Dr Foster reviewed the MRI and advised me that I needed a neurosurgeon. I am scheduled for back surgery. I am going to send my daughter with Knee pain and fiance with back pain to pain MD.

Tammy is wonderful!! She spends time explaining what we are doing and makes sure we are doing everything correctly. She really cares. Dr. Craig knows his stuff and is pleasant to work with; the rest of the staff....holy cow! While nice & helpful (if you can pick out staff from patients) - this is the most unorganized & chaotic "medical" environments I have been in and definaltely at times very unprofessional. Maybe some of the elderly men enjoy this, but the front desk personnel dressed in revealing clothing - low cut tops and t-shirt dressing where the thong underwear are obvious and frankly, digusting. They are texting in front of patients, having personal conversations about their personal lives and sharing texts and photos with one another. They let people wander around "lost"...good thing its a small facility. I believe, given the elderly population PainMD appears to be serving, that extra care should be given to look professional, act professional and take the time to explain things and BE PREPARED when your clients come in. Its like a zoo during the day. The theory of what this facility can provide is needed in our communities; however, PainMD should be embarassed about its presentation, which is ultimately going to flow over into the perception of care, regardless of how good it may actually be.
