I have been a client at Stephen James for 12 years, and the service and pampering is always top notch. It is a very clean and soothing atmosphere. The front desk staff is excellent, and the stylists and maseuses are highly skilled. One of the best things about an Aveda salon is all the extra pampering that goes along with the services. Not only do you leave with a beautiful hair style, but you get to enjoy a scalp massage at the beginning of every hair cut. and it is so nice to have your feet elevated during the shampoo.
The spa pedicure is also a wonderfully relaxing treat. The foot bath and massaging chair along with the foot massage make it so much more than just getting pretty toes!

Talking with Amanda on the phone to schedule the appointment, walk me through the forms I needed to fill out on the website and then prepare me for the first visit really calmed any worries I had about becoming a new patient. When I arrived at the office, Amanda was the first person to welcome me and let me know they would be ready to see me right away.
