All staff is friendly, informative, and helpful. Dr. Friedman listens to his patients' concerns is very thorough with his examination and recommendations. He discusses what needs to be done and then talks you through the process while the procedure is being performed painlessly!

As always, I feel that I receive excellent dental care at Dr. Friedman's practice. I especially appreciate the positive attitude of the personnel. So rare to find the front office staff and medical staff (in this case the hygienist and dentist) all providing outstanding patient/customer service.
