I have been taking my car to Stephens for over five years. Debbie is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to my vehicle and is always honest. If I need some kind of maintenance she will work with me and let me know what needs to be done right away and what could wait for a few extra months. She never sells me anything I don't need unlike dealerships. I would recommend Stephens to everyone.

I was looking for a good, dependable, honest local shop to get a needed repair done. Friends told me about Stephens Automotive. I was very pleased. The first thing I noticed was I was greeted and welcomed to the shop. That seems to be missing these days. They listened to my problem and told me they would do a diagnostic and let me know that afternoon. Which they did. They gave me my options, cost, and when I could expect my vehicle back. I got my truck back fixed, and when promised.By the way, this was during the Thanksgiving Holiday!

I called and talked to Wayne and I asked if I could bring my car in for an oil change and he said "no problem" I'll get you in. I took the car and was taken care of.

I place an above average level of trust in Fred to fix my vehicle. Improvements should be made in the communication area. When a customer leaves their car, they want a diagnosis and price to fix on the first day. If the job is to go over then the shop should notify the customer and not have the customer call at the end of the day to learn that. That helps customers plan for alternate transportation, notify their job, etc.

No matter what my issue or what day I come in 9even if it's busy), I always get the same wonderful service. I'll take my Lexus(yes, Lexus!) there ANY day!
