I've been using Sterling for many years and they always had done a good job with great customer service. So this time didn't go too well. Made an appointment, moved furniture and waited. Finally called and was told that the tech was way behind and that they wanted to schedule for the next day. I assume I wasn't on the schedule because he didn't see me on it then backtracked. Anyway, they came the next day, did a good job cleaning the carpets but overcharged me for cleaning a couple of area rugs. To clean them was almost as much as it was for the inside carpets. So I'm disappointed. The van that showed up had a different company name so maybe they are growing and losing their way. I don't know. I'll have them come out again when it's time and my future business will depend on that experience.
