The hair care and service have been excellent each time I've been here. My only complaint is the professionalism of the students that are not currently with clients. It seems that in between clients, some of the students are often sitting around socializing. While this doesn't bother me, the content of their discussions does. The students have no problem bad-mouthing and complaining about other clients right in front of me. They were discussing difficult clients and complaining about getting assigned a client at a later hour in the day. Isn't this why they are there? The students were also complaining about a certain educator being tougher on them than others. Beyond talking about clients, the rest of the conversation was very unprofessional. One of the students claimed very loudly that she was horny. I just find all of this inappropriate. I feel that if they are going to remain at their stations between clients, then they should be quiet and respectful and maintain only professional conversations. Otherwise, is there a lounge area that they can be in, with the ability to talk freely, until their next client arrives?Read More …
