I have fainted at the sight of needles, (even when theyre just for numbing). And if not, my anxiety becomes overwhelming. Everyone involved at Henderson Oral Surgery validated my feeling about this, but were also reassuring, understanding, even had a supportive sense of humor about it.

The procedure of removing a atubborn molar has always been terrifying, yet again dr. & staff involved in the extraction, particularly lauren, was wonderful; calming throughout, assuring me i was “doing great”, and letting me know how each step was closer to finishing, (Lauren’s soothing voice & words, truly, kept me going).

What has been a nightmare experience in the past couldn’t have been so completely different; supportive, reassuring, patient, and at no time did anyone shame me for being afraid. I appreciate dr. Stene, lauren, & staff more than any rating scale could show.

Good experience except that the paperwork I filed in advance via the website could not be found when I arrived at the office. Time wasted. Otherwise, staff was helpful and professional. Dr. Huang was excellent. Very helpful and personable. Same for his attendant.

My visit to Henderson Oral Surgery was great. Going to the Oral Surgeon is usually not a great time, but the staff, Dr and atmosphere were very friendly and calming.
