I called three weeks ahead of my appointment to reschedule from 1130 to 415. I scheduled brow appointment at same time. Received email reminding me of my 1130 appointment. I then rescheduled to 6:15 and no brow appointment. Very disappointed! My brow appointment for next day got cancelled because esthetician sick. Lindsey was great but the mixup of not actually changing my appointment was not.

It's always a relaxing and pleasing experience to have my hair done. All of the staff are friendly and.it is a clean and cozy environment. I have Steven, Marie and Z make the appointments pleasant ones. I highly recommend Steven and his staff.

They fit me in the day I called. Parker cut and styled my hair. He listened to what I wanted. Explained how much length he needed to cut. He was very professional yet friendly. I love the cut. It's exactly what I asked for.
