The office staff are accommodating and friendly, and the mechanics are ready with a wave and a smile. The shuttle service was very handy! I loved understanding what was wrong and how it was being fixed. They were very informative.
Unfortunately, I got my car back after a frustratingly long wait (a week and a half?), with a whole new set of problems that it did not have before they looked at it. And the pleasure of the whole experience probably cost me several hundred more than other estimates I collected after the fact. All that money for the pleasure of driving a newly-crippled car.
I mean, it feels a little bit like going into the hospital for a cosmetic knee replacement and coming out missing my femur. I will need to get a more objective mechanic to give a second opinion.
