I stay with Steve's Tire and Auto Repair due to good professional service every time I have brought my own vehicle there or had one of my children take their vehicle there. I always received honest evaluation of any problems and a fair price for the service performed. I have purchased tires there more than once and have had a number of cars serviced there. I have recommended Steve's to friends, family and co-workers.

The auto repair was great, but the fact you have my info messed up and tell me my oil change is due on my Dodge Charger, when I drive a Honda has me wondering what else is wrong in your system.

Came in for an oil change. You pointed out my headlights need cleaning and performed this service. Informed me of upcoming maintenance needed. Replaced a burned out light bulb at no charge and provided a couple of laughs. All in all a very nice experience.

I came in for tire rotation and gave the envelope that had my Tire Information on it. It was returned to me but wasn't filled in with the date/mileage/condition of brakes, etc.

I was told everything was ok and can only assume that meant the brakes, etc.

I would prefer to have had it written down so I didn't have to wonder.
