Dr. Cooper and the entire staff at SFH are amazing. They love our dogs like their own. They are kind, explain things well and are conservative in their approach. They don’t do unnecessary testing or work on the dogs that they don’t need just to make money. I appreciate their professionalism and bedside manner
The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The vet technician and Dr. Kozelka were knowledgeable and provide several options for addressing our dogs' issues. The final bill was a little more than I was expecting, but I am coming from a rural area vet, so I guess that is to be expected. Overall, the service was great and all of the staff showed a genuine concern about our dogs' health. I would definitely recommend St. Francis to any pet owners.
Dr. Cooper and his staff are an absolutely incredible team. They truly love and care for your pet like they were their own. I have an elderly dog with a wide variety of health issues, and Dr. Cooper never hesitates to go above and beyond to make sure that he receives the absolute best care possible. He is empathetic, knowledge, and kind, always patiently answering my (copious) questions and making sure I am as well informed as possible. I could not recommend Dr. Cooper and the team at St. Francis enough.
All the animal members of our family have been going to St. Francis for years. My favorite Veterinarian! Helped me through a tough time with my now 18 year old cat. If it weren’t for them he probably wouldn’t still be with us. Our newest member to the family, Ellie the German Short Haired Pointer, will and has been going there for anything she needs.
