As always Dr Fredette was a gem. She brings so much love, and a natural nurturing way about her.

We have seen every vet at St. Norbert over the years, and we’ve always had such great experiences. Our dog Lucy, who passed away last year, LOVED her vet “dates” even in her final week. The care and compassion we received as we had to say goodbye was above and beyond any expectation. It was so hard today goodbye, and the staff just loved and supported us all the way through.

Our new fur kid, Scooby, hates car rides, but as soon as you say that she’s going to have a vet date, she charges to our car and smiles and wags her tail.

The staff are so lovely and patient. The front desk staff are normally very warm and genuinely excited to see all their patients enter.

Your fur child is in great hands at St. Norbert Animal Hospital, there is zero judgment, zero pressure, understanding that not all pawrents can afford everything, and they do their absolute best to accommodate and still provide the best care.

I’m so happy we found them soooo many years ago.

The receptionist was welcoming and I felt comfortable the minute I walked through their doors. Dr. Brar and his assistant were professional, caring and gentle when examining my little dog.

From the moment we walked in the door for Layla’s spay appointment I was greeted with smiles, reassured that she would be well taken care of and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. The message saying she was doing well and was on her way back to her normal feisty self. I got sent a cute picture of her to assure me she truly was doing well and her spirit showed through in that shot.

When I came to get her she was packed up in her bag and ready to go. The tech explained what I needed to watch for, how to administer her meds and let her get all the rest she needs.

They told me that if I had any questions or problems all I had to do was call!

I felt so informed and taken care of. Thank You so much

PS Layla is doing fabulous and tearing up the house again!!
