Everything went fine at the service location but there are two issues. I will call to resolve. The first is the invoice I received had my mother's old address. I never lived at that address and she has not lived there in over two years. Not an issue but I am using the invoice for a tire rebate. I already submitted the rebate online and hope it goes through.
The other issue is a bit more serious. My son drove the car back to school at Oswego and one of the 4 brand new tires has a leak. It was first noticed on Saturday afternoon (only a day after getting them put on) . He was getting on the road so we pumped the tire up a little above normal and hoped the seal would take care of itself. It held fairly well but then dropped to just 15 pounds by morning. I think he will need to have it remounted or replaced in Oswego. Will call for advice.
