The care Dr. Kirk Scott provides is unique, in that he has both medical and dental degrees. Dr. Scott first received his dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. He then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He completed his 6 years of residency at UT Southwestern, considered to be one of the world's most elite training programs in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery.
His extensive experience and training in reconstructive maxillofacial surgery allows him to offer highly advanced procedures, which means better patient outcomes and shorter healing times. He has been recognized on multiple occasions by D Magazine and Texas Monthly magazine for his reputation in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Scott practices science based medicine and focuses his attention on staying abreast of the most current practice trends available. On both of my visits to the office, the staff and Dr. Scott were professional and pleasant. All my questions were answered. I was not hurried through the appointments. The exam rooms were clean, well lit and spacious. I received a follow-up phone call post-op. I will recommend this office to my friends.

Visiting a dentist office is one of my least favorite thing to do but when necessary You find the one who will meet your needs in every way and fulfill your expectations. Years ago I found a GEM at Stonebriar Facial and Oral Surgery. Dr Scott has been my choice of dentist for all that time. From the time i meet the very kind and efficient welcoming staff through the procedure by an extremely qualified Dr. Scott I have nothing but rave reviews to offer..I am 85 years old and have seen my share of dentist over the years. Dr. Scott and his qualified staff are the best bar none.
