Although the Dr. Scott appears to be knowledgeable in his field, his bedside manner is terrible. He struggled to get my IV in and was most definitely not gentle while doing it. It was painful and he was oblivious. A week later, my arm is still sore and bruised. Meanwhile, the assistant left the blood pressure cuff on and left the room for an extended period of time to the point it was cutting off circulation. None of the staff other then the front check in receptionist was warm and friendly.
Also, for a procedure scheduled first thing in the morning, they were already 40 minutes behind. One of the assistants mentioned he is caring for his mother while she is going through chemo. I am sure he would not appreciate anyone treating his mom the way I felt treated under his care.
