Dr Sharma was very thorough and just wonderful. She listened to my concerns, did very thorough exam and gave me guidance for coping with my concerns. I feel more confident now that I know what problems I have and what problems I do not have. No more speculation on my part. Tuan and Tony also very professional and helpful.

Not at all happy with the service. All the times I've come into the office to check on my glaucoma situation I've complained about the eye drops stinging but was told all was fine and just keep doing it. I've also had a situation where my eyes tear up constantly and in the last number of month it has gotten worse. So I wrote to Dr. Stone to ask about the 'procedure' he recommended the first time I saw him (since I had not seen him since that first time). After getting no response whatsoever I made another appointment this time specifying Dr. Stone. After checking my eyes he said that likely the eye drops have caused toxicity in my eyes. NO ONE NOTICED THAT BEFORE. Then when I asked about the letter I sent he said, "Oh maybe it's in some pile of letters somewhere." What kind of office do you run? He did let me know that he'd gotten and read a letter from a prison inmate... not sure how to take that. Then I mentioned the skin irritation on the lid of my eye and he said, "oh yeah." Did he not even notice that. Then he had an assistant pull out some tools so that he could do the procedure on my eyes but had to run off to another patient in between. Upon his return he said he was only doing the procedure 'as a favor' and would likely have to rush through it because the day I was in was not his normal 'procedure day'. I'm sorry but I am not thrilled about the fact that he was going to 'rush through' a procedure on my eyes with rather ominous looking tools just as a favor. A favor is "can I borrow twenty bucks" not stick metal needles in my eye. Done!
