Excellent service by Dr. Sledge, however the front desk is very inefficient. It took me at least 20 minutes to check out, and there were no customers in front of me. First, they did not charge me the correct amount because it was not communicated to the doctor that I had changed insurance plans. They then had to issue a refund, and then said they would give me a breakdown of the charges. She forgot to give me the breakdown and it took an additional 5 minutes for me to walk back in to request it and for them to print it out.
