On this visit the camera did not work and it seemed to miff the dental hygienist, but no one else seemed to even care. Isn't the camera part of what we pay for? I thought it was supposed to give you a better visual of how our teeth are doing. Quite often when we go to have our families teeth checked there seems to be technical difficulties and usually no one seems to be able to help the hygienist or really care.
We chose Stout & Gordon because they are supposed to be much more high tech and also customer friendly, but on my recent visits I have not been impressed with either.
We are very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at our office. In this case, we had a software update that morning and were in the process of fixing a few unexpected glitches that many software updates can bring. We were also slightly short-staffed, as Dr. Gordon and Kammy were still in Haiti on a Dental Mission Trip. We do not charge for the camera use, oral cancer exams or periodontal chartings and we certainly strive to be cutting edge and patient care is our #1 priority.
