The front office team member at Eye Designs Vision saved me big time this weekend. My Lens.com contacts order was taking FOREVER and I was running out of contacts. They could not offer me anything except asking me to wait another month. I canceled my order and called Eye Designs Vision. They placed my order, gave me five days worth of contacts to hold me over, and said that my order will be ready in a week!
