SHVC always provides top notch service. I’ve never felt rushed at any appointment or phone call. They are attentive & answer all my questions (even the dumb ones about the welcome back board). Margot loves coming for a visit. Only other place she gets as excited is my parents house!

My dachshund suddenly started having blood streaked vomit and diarrhea on Friday morning. Even though there were no available appointments, I was told I could drop him off and they would see him between appointments when they had time. I received a call within the hour from Dr. Tucker. He thoroughly asked questions to rule out any poisons, dietary changes, etc. that could be a contributing factors. We discussed intravenous fluids, medications and a special food to help him recover.

Dr. Tucker and the staff were wonderful. I never felt rushed and considered my dog to be in good hands since they were also treating me so well. I highly recommend the team and appreciate their help. My dog is doing much better today!

Thank you! We have been with you for 3 years now and are so grateful and appreciative. We left Rosie and Raymond with you for a week- Rosie had some gi issues and there was perfect communication from your practice- she’s home and back to her regular self. Raymond had grooming with his special friend Valerie and also was so relaxed as to make new friends!!! Also special thanks as always to the docs and to Spencer who is magic at reception. Thank you all for a much needed vacation - we had not one moment of concern- you are truly the best.
