My dog caught his toenail on something and just about ripped it clear off. The Stratford team wiggled me into their schedule right away and were so accommodating even though it was our first visit. Dr. Tucker, Taylor and Brian were so sweet, kind and informative. I’m so happy we found a team I feel comfortable taking my fur babies to.

I've been taking my pup (now a senior pup) to Stratford Hills since moving to Richmond 5 years ago. Changing vets has never crossed my mind. The staff is always pleasant. The older my girl gets the more questions and concerns I have, but I never feel rushed during our visits.

The doctor and assistant were very nice and worked well with my dog. Dilly has a skin issue that we are having trouble diagnosing. I have been here several times for the same issue. It is expensive and I feel that we are making no progress. They have suggested going to a dermatologist, but they have no appointments for months, so we are back going through testing and medication again.

The entire staff is caring and compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hermansen. She has taken a lot of time and care with my old dog. I feel heard and supported navigating my dog’s need for pain management. I really appreciate the high level of communication and thoughtfulness.
