I had to have the horn replaced on my car recently, and I actually had the car back in approximately 2.5 hours. The one thing I can appreciate and always thank Stuart for is with my lack of vehicle mechanical knowledge, Stuart has a way of explaining the repairs in laymen's terms so that I can understand the problem without feeling like a dummy!
