I am completely satisfied with all my experiences at Studio 180. Sangreal is a a professional in all aspects. Each instructor has been great. Have noticed a difference in my arms.
Re: biker barre think it should be noted to bring a different pair of shoes for safety and new students should be shown adjustments to bike BEFORE starting class
I drive quite a long way to do these classes. Am glad for the groupons or else I might not be able to afford it otherwise.

Thanks, Beverly! We will update the class description to mention that tennis shoes are required -- we have had a few people who were unaware that they need to wear tennis shoes! Also, the instructors should always show proper bike adjustments before class. I will follow-up on that. Thanks so much for your input!
