But, when I was paying afterwards the young woman at the desk had trouble with the computer. After several minutes and pressing a series of buttons the computer did restart. I had asked her if she could just give me change since I was paying with cash. She said no that she couldn't open the drawer without the computer. She was very intent and focused on the problem, but, oblivious to her need to take care of me, the customer. I finally told her to give Patti the change and walked out the door. I realize that she has a responsibility to her post and her job, but, I felt she had no concern for my time. I suggest you have a back up plan for such instances, or at the very least a person that whoever is working the desk can contact in such cases as this.
