Appointment was cancelled the same day, then rescheduled with another stylist for a different time on the same day. Then later in the day got a call that the new appointment was cancelled because it was double booked. Then called again and said it was back on. When I arrived, stylist was taking care of two customers at the same time.
STUDIO 2000 SALON & DAY SPA replied:
I'm sorry for the confusion as we had a stylist suffer a family emergency and we were trying to fulfill your appointment time. We had to juggle to make it work as the person was double booked. Once we had an assistant freed up to help we were able to get you in. This is not our norm and I apologize as we were trying to make the best of the situation. Kevin Williams, Owner
