My massage was great and I loved the atmosphere. However, I spent $135 on a spa package that was not worth the money. It was a 60 minute relaxation massage and what I thought was a facial and hair/scalp treatment. Instead, I got a 60 minute massage and paid an extra $55 for someone to put stickies on my face. Again, great massage but I guess ask if you go with a spa package.
Thank you for your review of Studio 2000. You were originally booked for our Studio Spa Combo at $175 which is a one hour melting lavender massage and our signature facial. The group leader who scheduled the four of you for your appointments changed the entire group to the Spring Break Special at $135, which was a one hour massage, Uplifting Eye Treatment ($20), Lip Renewal Mask ($15), Well-being Scalp Treatment ($15) and Muscle Melt ($15). The "stickies" you mentioned are how we apply the upgraded products so your skin can absorb the products rapidly and thoroughly as a part of this package. If the person in your group didn't tell you of the change in services, then you might have been expecting something else. I'm sorry you were disappointed.
