Service is sub-par and I actually hate coming here but it seems to be the only salon in Baltimore that performs relaxers so I'm stuck.Overall, the level of customer service is just lacking and I don't feel like a valued customer. I'm 100% convinced Ros does not like me for some reason. She's super dry when greeting me when I walk into the salon but she's super friendly to other customers. She's rough when washing my hair and kept bending my head back aggressively which hurt my neck. It's also really strange that I have to walk myself to the hair dryer, put it on and adjust it myself (usually she's too busy chatting with her staff to do this). In my previous experience, the stylists or the assistants have done that in every other salon I've been to. It's like she's focused on everyone but me when I'm in her chair. I miss my old stylists and the repartee we used to have. At this salon, I sit in silence while she talks to everyone but me. She also has literally yelled at me a LOT. She's yelled at me because I don't like the crap Paul Mitchell products she shoved down my throat and because my scalp was tingling during a relaxer. The other stylists seem really nice and I wish I would've gone to one of them instead. The other plus side is that I'm in and out in an hour so I don't have to suffer too long!
Speechless comes to mind to read such an awful point of view of a guest receiving services at S7TS. As the owner and lead designer with more than 34 years of experience this is not what we do here at S7TS. Our mission at S7TS is relationship first and exceptional service is the bonus. Also as the owner I have a responsibility to lead my team meet the demands of guest and combat operational issues while providing services for my guest throughout the day regularly this is not socializing but performance. This is my attempt to obtain and consistently keep an exceptional atmosphere, which lead to many satisfied guest, one guest at a time. Every guest first visit starts with questions concerns a clear treatment plan and yes take-home. The specific products are described to do a job most assuredly before your next visit, if used the way they are prescribed. Our brand does the most exceptional job with the greatest ingredients and is cost effective with many options to consider one's budget. Our products support correct preserve and aid in the ultimate goal, which is totally optional. To hear that you experienced any sensation and unnecessary pain during your shampoo experience and not mention it during the service has me question why. If your demand for a more personal relationship in a stylist is a priority, I would love to meet that request and invite you to see one of my other exceptional designers with less responsibility than my self for your haircare needs. To go even above and beyond I could also refer you to other salons that perform chemical services as well.
