We came to Studio One Twenty by recommendation from a trusted friend and we were not disappointed. We just moved back to TN, to a different area than we had lived before, when my 12 year old decided to take matters of her hair into her own hands and well, we needed it fixed and quick. I called the salon with a couple of stylist’s names that had been recommended, but asked for the soonest available with any stylist for this particular appointment. Much to my delight, one of the recommended stylists had an opening that afternoon. I snagged the appointment and off we went. When we arrived we were warmly greeted, offered a beverage (water, soda) and then our stylist, Melissa, came out (with little wait) to meet us and start the process. She was wonderful and really helped to calm both my and my child’s nerves about what was to come with this new hair adventure. We will definitely be booking with Melissa again. When the service was complete, the receptionist was helpful, courteous and delightful throughout the checkout process. All around, Studio One Twenty made a great first impression and we will be back.
