When I arrived for my appt after a reschedule on Procare's part, I was told they had tried reaching me to postpone it by an hour. But I had no missed phone calls nor voicemails from the dental facility. I was fortunate they tried to work with me, and got me in about 30-35 min later. However, I wish my hygienist had a more gentle touch during the cleaning and flossing. It makes me dread my future appointments.
