So, the last time I was at Studio Wish, everything was the usual awesome. I've been a loyal customer since 2002. Never did I ever think that my opinion of this salon and its staff prove any higher, but what happened at this appointment deserves some accolades. It turns out, I had come one day late for my appointment and had NO IDEA. There was some talk about maybe someone else having to cut my hair, but I had no idea it was because of me. It wasn't until the end of the appointment, where I received all of the services I was scheduled for, that I was told my appointment was actually the day before. Who do the scenes, the wonderful ladies at Studio Wish banded together and worked their magic and somehow fit me into a very busy day without me being any the wiser. Of course I felt just awful about my mix up when they told me, and really, all they had to do was tell me I screwed up and I would have rescheduled, but they did not want me to feel bad or look stupid or something (because I was CLUELESS), and bent over backwards to just have everything work out as smoothly as ever. I cannot thank Mackenzie and Catherine enough for being beyond awesome. Love you and thank you!!!
Carrie, Your post means the world to me. We always strive to excel in our customer service each and every time. I am beyond blessed and pleased with these beautifully talented caring stylists. Hearing this let's me know they have followed my lead to a fault. (Especially since I didn't even know!!!) Love these ladies! YOU are the most important part of what we do.
