A friend recommended The Subie Guys and yesterday was the first time I had to try them. Why would anyone go to Serra Subaru where employees don’t make eye contact with you when you drive in and then commence with wasting your day. The Subie Guys experience was completely the opposit. Sabrina and Nicole were caring and engaging. I highly, highly, highly recommend them.

Great service, friendly helpful staff, a ride to the airport-- very impressive first--but not last-- experience with Subie Guys. Your online contact information has some quirks on mobile and desktop that may detract potential customers easily reaching you-- but is not a reflection of your impeccable service.

My ONLY concern is the amount I pay up front since Harborside does not participate with my insurance carrier. As I was just reimbursed from my insurance, the bill I submitted was $345.00 but was only reimbursed $90. In examining the statement, the amount billed and amount allowed is almost half the amount my insurance will pay. I simply love Dr. Hazelton and his staff but this might be an issue for me.
I have an appointment to schedule for extensive work on one of my teeth. The cost upfront will be $490 which is before I have a crown. As my husband is retired and we have a pretty strict budget, I will have to wait to schedule this appointment until this amount is saved towards my dental care. I appreciate the opportunity to express my pleasure with this practice as well as my concerns.
