I visited Suddendly Slimmer because I'd hit a crisis with my weight...after a back injury, I gained quite a few pounds taking steroid medications. The staff at SS made me feel comfortable (not at all judgemental) and were very open about the options available. They answered my questions frankly and spent considerable time ensuring I fully understood the process. Never did I feel rushed or pressured.
