All went well and we were able to communicate by phone and with tech person at the car, but I really wish in person visits could resume. It’s not the same to have an annual check up and not be inside with the veterinarian.
My concerns for Angie's absessed tooth were laid to rest when it turned to be standard teeth plaque that was within her aging gums. Plaque albeit still a harsh element was a far better preference than the gum disease that may have been. She's an old gal and I thank the Suffern Animal Hospital for their warm handling of my precious little girl. Thank you.
Dr. Horowitz generally is okay but he can say very off-putting things directly to the patient or even worse, about them within earshot. He does quick work but his bedside manner is meh at best. He has often dismissed or minimized my pain, leaves the room before I get a chance to ask a question, and makes comments about the awful state of my teeth. His staff and hygienist are all lovely though.
