The staff was very unprofessional and gossiped the entire time about clients and others. The person doing my hair was overheard complaining about doing my hair and another kept repeating how stupid it was for me to get the style I wanted. All of this was heard by another client that was getting styled, whom they didn't know was my sister. The instructor had them apologize but it doesn't take away that they are not even licensed yet and starting off poorly. I should have requested a refund because it was very disrespectful however, I will not be retuning and this was my first time there.
The staff at SBA is disappointed to hear the students that was in attendance on the day of your service was talking inappropriately while you were receiving salon services.. We have since met with those students and discuss their behavior on the salon floor and any where else in the building.. The goal is to make sure the students understand their role as student stylist on a daily basis. We also want our salon clients to be respected and to be made comfortable while receiving salon service.
The staff would like for you to reconsider returning in the future and give us the opportunity to issue hair service with respect and care.
