I have been using Aveda salons for 18 years. I travel for work so have had services many cities; Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis are a few. I have the best color, style and cut I have ever had from Kara. She is great! Staff friend. Relaxing atmosphere.

My daughter and I had a wonderful relaxing time with Sam and Blair, we plan to visit them again soon but we also had the mani & pedi's and in this area it was stressful. The ladies were nice and pleasant but very unorganized. The young girl had never done a mani or pedi outside of school. She cut off to much nail off my daughter for an in grown toenail, and left the in grown toenail. She had to re-do both the mani and pedi several times. They forgot my daughter was in the chair and the other tech had to go find her because her water had already grown cold. They forgot to heat the towels so I had to sit covered in sticky drying sugar until they heated. Then she used it to wipe the table with. I could go on more but Lets just say that we went from de-stressed to stressed by the end. If not for the experience before by Blair and Sam I would not go back and I wont go back for nail's. Which is a shame I have 3 children getting married and we were looking for a full feature spa for gifts for the wedding Parties. So for Blair and Sam I will give them 4 stars and I'm highly likely to recommend them. They we caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable of there jobs and products. Even While getting our nails they both came to check on us before they left. So thank you Sam and Blair!! For making our day there worth the hurting toes!!

Lovely, friendly salon in Virginia Beach. The employees seemed happy, the owner was really nice, they gave me a big welcome and a tour before my service. My stylist Lucie, was very professional, pleasant, and experienced. She did an excellent job of asking about my concerns and how I wanted my hair to look and I am very happy with her work.
