The price for the tune up service is higher than most. I don't believe it is worth $98.00

I am sorry that you feel that our service is too expensive. We do not do tune ups, we perform Annual & Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenances which include cleaning the condenser coil, evaporator coil, condensation drain pan and drain line, along with many other items. We actually check and clean your system. We are a paperless company and unfortunately when the technician was at your home, he was having issues with his iPad. I agree that you should have been provided with some form of a receipt. I do believe we mailed you an invoice the day of your service. We value you as a customer and I apologize that we were not able to make you happy. You may want to explore other companies that can provide you with a cheaper tune-up on your system moving forward? Thank you for your review and pointing out issues within our company so we can improve our services. We try on a daily basis to improve our quality of service. Thank you again!
