The price for the tune up service is higher than most. I don't believe it is worth $98.00

I am sorry that you feel that our service is too expensive. We do not do tune ups, we perform Annual & Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenances which include cleaning the condenser coil, evaporator coil, condensation drain pan and drain line, along with many other items. We actually check and clean your system. We are a paperless company and unfortunately when the technician was at your home, he was having issues with his iPad. I agree that you should have been provided with some form of a receipt. I do believe we mailed you an invoice the day of your service. We value you as a customer and I apologize that we were not able to make you happy. You may want to explore other companies that can provide you with a cheaper tune-up on your system moving forward? Not only arrived quickly (when other company under service contract wouldn’t come out for 2 days) but found the issue in the motor wire and then performed ‘surgery’ on the wire harness to get the system back up while the required part was ordered! As if this wasn’t enough- they then identified that the part was under warranty! We will continue to do business here!!!!!
Prompt service! Did an excellent job in maintaining the A/C. Explained what to look for in its operation. Treated homeowner like a knowledgeable person! I've already recommended Summa and Tony A/C to friends.
