Always a good experience. However, I had ordered my pup's Revolution prior to the end of the year (2017) and when I called on Sunday, 1/7 to confirm it was ready for pick-up the receptionist told me it had not been ordered. She said she would order it now and it would be ready for pick-up that evening. I drove over 30 mins to the facility to pick it up and normally its a buy 6 get 2 free, however, the lady at the front said that had expired at the end of the year. I was quite upset because I had ordered this prior to the end of the year and the clinic was unable to give me two free revolutions. Normally, I have a great experience there and I had boarded my dog multiple times there and my parents have been using SAH for 18+ years. It was just very disappointing that I was not able to be offered this simple request.
