Amazing that at 3PM on Tues, I called to say my cat, one-eyed Jack, was not himself and seemed to be hurting in the hind quarters upon my return from a 2 month absence from Florida. I had wonderful caretakers in my absence and thought maybe Jack had over-celebrated my return.
I was able to bring him in at 3:30 PM same day. Jack had a thorough exam which revealed no broken bones they took blood samples and sent me home with a urine sample kit. By 9:20 AM on Weds.AM, Dr. John was on the phone to me stating that all blood work results were normal. By then, Jack seemed more frisky and closer to himself. Still not 100% normal, but Dr. John andI feel Jack is just simply feeling the affects from a bad landing from a high jump, something he is proned to do.
The staff was so professional, the process so expeditious. What a welcoming resolution to a concerning situation.
Thanks Dr. John and Staff,
