I was somewhat disappointed that we were told we would get a call back with information regarding our selected product and the call didn't come for two and a half weeks. Also, we were quoted a price, written on a business card provided to us. When we purchased, the price per box of flooring was $90 higher than the price per box we were quoted. The flooring is beautiful though.
