I made an appointment with the staff and it was not recorded, when I arrived there wasn't a student available. I showed my phone where I had been contacted by staff and the front desk found an available student and tge wait meant I had to change my service.

I went in for an all over color of brown. I showed Brooklynn pictures of the color I wanted, specifically stating that I didn’t want it as dark as my roots bc I wanted a chocolate brown not black. At the end, I wound up with BLACK hair. The following day I went in and I spent $25 on Clarifying Shampoo to try to lift out the BLACK. Can I come in and have this repaired somehow?

When I checked in the person at the counter said she would get my stylist. I sat down and waited but she was on her cell phone and did not go notify her, Then she went to the bathroom and helped 2 people check out and I was still sitting there. After 20 minutes I went back up and she acted like she had never seen me before.

The stylist was great but when she reviewed the formula with the teacher she was told it could not be correct and they changed it to something else. Now my roots are not the same color as the rest of my head. I just wanted the same formula and color. I have been coming here for 30 years so I am clearly committed but the transition between students and the formula is a tough one some times.

Service was excellent and students and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint: had to wait 15 minutes for stylist.
