I always have the best experiences here with the entire staff, it certainly makes a difference when you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door for your appointment. I really enjoy the small business experience you get here, you feel well taken care of throughout your entire appointment. They have an excellent selection of frames to choose from as well and the staff are great at helping you pick out the right look for your face.

Friendly staff! I appreciated how easy and pain-free it was to get great glasses for my kiddo. Love all the warranties for kids too. I know we will need it!

I see Dr. Rohr and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best prescription that works for your lifestyle. In the 30 minutes you might see her once a year, it will become very apparent what a lovely human she is who really cares about her patients.

My wife and I were just discussing our respective recent experience at Summit Vision Care. We noticed a level of service and friendliness that seems rare and memorable these days. The reception staff, Cade in optical, and the doctor's assistant were friendly, competent, looked us in the eye, and seemed to genuinely care about us. I've been seeing Dr. Kennedy long before he moved his practice to Erie. Besides getting great care from Dr. Kennedy, he always asks about our family and what we're up to. I am grateful to be a patient with Summit and hope they can continue to provide above-and-beyond service and friendliness. It truly sets them apart.
